RedStone Brings Price Feeds and Rapid Settlement to Hadron by Tether

RedStone collaborates with Hadron by Tether, giving institutions that tokenize RWAs on the platform access to price and NAV feeds and T+0 settlement.

RWAs at Tether’s Scale

Tether is the largest company in the digital asset industry and the company behind USDT, the world’s largest stablecoin by market cap (just over $178B at the time of writing). Launched in 2024, Hadron by Tether is an asset-tokenization platform that enables financial institutions and government bodies to bring RWAs onchain.

Tether’s launch into RWAs has put Hadron in the spotlight, placing it alongside major collaborations and projects. Tether’s recently signed memorandum of understanding with Kazakhstan’s central bank and the Alatau City Authority includes a tokenized RWA pilot, powered by Hadron. Earlier this year, Tether also announced that Hadron will power a real estate tokenization project in Saudi Arabia in a collaboration with FirstData and BKN301.

The collaboration between RedStone and Tether, announced today, makes the former the preferred infrastructure provider for teams bringing RWAs onchain with Hadron. Any institution bringing assets onchain via Hadron can use RedStone’s infrastructure, which already powers assets like BlackRock’s BUIDL by Securitize and Janus Henderson Investors’ deJTRSY and deJAAA on Stellar by Centrifuge.

“Tokenized assets can only improve on traditional markets if they function the way on-chain markets do: accurately priced and liquid around the clock. Our collaboration with RedStone brings these capabilities to Hadron by Tether, combining trusted price and NAV data with settlement solutions designed to reduce the delays associated with traditional redemption processes. This reflects our ongoing commitment to building the infrastructure that will define the next generation of capital markets and promote financial freedom.”

Paolo Ardoino, CEO of Tether.

RedStone Settle: T+0 Settlement for T+X Assets

As part of the collaboration, RedStone will be bringing forward two key capacities covering different parts of the RWA stack. It will provide price and NAV feeds to power onchain assets, a foundational part of bringing an asset onchain, by telling protocols how much the token is worth. The other capacity is T+0 settlement via RedStone Settle.

Traditionally, RWAs settle anywhere between T+1 and multiple months. This doesn’t work for DeFi protocols, which need rapid liquidations, and it prevents holders from deploying capital dynamically and redeeming whenever needed. As a result, RWA utilization as lending collateral stays low, and issuers must set up their own liquidity vehicles or accept lost demand.

RedStone Settle draws on a network of liquidity providers that RedStone verifies (KYB) when they join. For a liquidation, they compete in a fast auction to take over the position. For a holder exit, they quote against a maximum haircut the holder sets, and large positions can be split across several providers. The providers pay out immediately and redeem the tokens through the issuer’s native process, so the issuer’s operating model is unchanged. Any holder requirements the issuer sets, such as KYC or whitelisting, still apply to the providers.

Besides near-instant liquidations and redemptions, RedStone Settle is also designed to unlock near-instant unwinding for looped positions. This refers to scenarios where the holder uses the token to borrow stablecoins, buys more RWAs with them, and posts them as collateral again, effectively creating a yield-paying leveraged position. Unwinding this natively takes time, and Settle lets protocols enable users to pass that task on to liquidity providers, unlocking near-instant unwinding.

“Tether has the distribution to bring governments and institutions on-chain at a scale few others can. Our job is to make sure the teams tokenizing assets on Hadron have all they need to make these assets DeFi-ready from the very first second they are on-chain. A priced token with near-instant exit liquidity can serve as collateral. A token without either just sits in a wallet.”

ISO 27001 Certification Behind the Infrastructure

RedStone recently obtained ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, the international standard for information security management systems. Issued by SGS United Kingdom Ltd in August 2026, it covers the infrastructure RedStone uses to source, validate, sign, and deliver price data onchain, along with smart contract lifecycle and cryptographic key management. For issuers on Hadron, it gives an independently audited baseline for the systems that price and settle their assets.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Hadron by Tether?

Hadron is Tether’s real-world asset tokenization platform, launched in November 2024. It lets institutions, corporations, fund managers, and governments issue and manage tokenized assets. Built-in tools cover KYC/AML, transaction risk, and secondary-market monitoring.

What does RedStone provide to teams building on Hadron?

RedStone is Hadron’s preferred infrastructure provider. Issuers building on Hadron get access to RedStone price and NAV feeds, which tell DeFi protocols what a token is worth. They also get RedStone Settle, which provides T+0 settlement.

What is RedStone Settle?

RedStone Settle is a settlement layer that gives near-instant liquidity to RWAs whose redemptions take days or months. When a position needs to be liquidated, liquidity providers verified by RedStone compete in an auction to take it over; a large position can be split among several of them. The providers pay out immediately and redeem the tokens through the issuer’s native process. Near-instant redemptions for holders are on Settle’s roadmap.

Why does T+0 settlement matter for tokenized RWAs?

Lending protocols need to liquidate collateral near-instantly, but most RWAs redeem on cycles from T+1 to several months. That gap keeps RWAs from being widely used as collateral. T+0 settlement closes it without changing how the issuer runs redemptions or who is allowed to hold the asset.
